I have a cam I removed from my google home app about 4 months ago. From my understadning, this is the same as factory reseting? Today I tried to set it back up and it wont reconnect. says to get closer to the cam during setup but I am next to the cam and router. while trouble shooting I factory reset a second cam and that one instantly restarted with a sound like it was being started for the first time. it also had a bluelight and connected with zero issues on the first attempt from the exact same spot as the one that didnt. One thing I noticed is that the one that isnt connecting has a green light instead of a blue light. it was also fully drained of battery when I removed it from my google home app. Now that I reconnected it and fully charged it, its green. does that mean it thinks its still connected? shouldnt it have made a startup sound and had a blue light? How can I factory reset it when its no longer showing up on my home app?
