indoor chime not working

Hi,

I just installed the nest doorbell. Unfortunately the chime isn't working. I wired as recommended with the chime connector. The chime works randomly. I would say 1 /10 times.

The power supply is 24vac 100va and the chime is a 24vac model as well.

The chime is working fine when powered on directly from the 24V ac source.

What's wrong please ?

• Is there any led light on the Nest camera?

Hi Russel,

it's a nest doorbell wired gen2. The chime is wired as recommended (serie) and the chime connector is installed as well. And yes there is a led light on the camera.
