nest cam won't livestream via voice request to hub max

I have 2 nest cam indoor wired. When I ask google using my nest hub max to show the front yard the livestream appears. When I ask google using my nest hub max to show the back yard, it shows me the devices page. I can launch the livestream from that.

Both cameras have the same software version. I have reset my router. I have factory reset my nest hub max. I have factory reset my nest cam indoor wired.

Sometimes Google Nest gets mixed up with names. It seems they have reserved "Back Yard" (two words) as a room name.  After some experimentation, we renamed our back yard camera to "Backyard" (one word) so we could access it correctly.

renaming "back yard" to "backyard" was the answer.

I would never had gotten to that answer myself.
