I had two "networks" set up in google home that I called Home and Home1. The nest cam was connected to one and was working. All ard connected to the same network on my router.
I had switched the nest cam off. I then deleted this "network". I then attempted to connect the nest cam to the 2nd network but it wont recognise the camera. No lights on the camera are on. The battery is full.
I am guessing I need to somehow get the nest cam to switch on for it to be found but dont know how if not connected to the Home app.

your best bet is to just grab your malfunctioning Nest Camera, and there's a reset button at the back that's a pinhole, push it down for 5 seconds and re-engage with it as if you're setting it up for the first time again. It should be able to detect your network then.
I think it's probably just stuck trying to find it's previously configured network and isn't budging out of that loop.
