video has no color

I just purchased new nest hello battery & i notice the video streaming has no color at all. is there an issues or is this just the way new nest hello? please help

Hey Tom,

Any chance it got set to Night vision? In my app (iOS), I can set mine to "Always on", "Auto (default)", or "Off". Night vision will only show a B&W image, I believe.
