Try unplugging the tv for 10 minutes. Completely unplug it from the power, this guide here helped me in resolving the issue. Shine a flashlight on your screen, if you see a picture then you might need to contact a technician for help.

Thanks again for helping here, @swen73. @Kaks, I hope you've got the answer you're looking for. In addition, doing a sequential reboot will also work starting with your WiFi router/modem followed by your TV, then your Chromecast with Google TV. Restarting your phone might also help.
