Hi sudeepsatyal,

Thanks for reaching out. Let's sort this out.

A few questions: what's the LED light status in your Chromecast? How far is your Chromecast from the Wi-Fi router? Is the Cast button missing in one app or multiple apps?

Try these steps:

  1. Make sure that the mobile device, Chromecast, and router are within 15 to 20 feet from each other.
  2. Completely close the application(s) and then reopen them.
  3. Make sure that the affected app is on the latest version.
  4. Make sure the OS version of your phone is updated.
  5. Reboot your Chromecast, mobile phone, and mesh system.
  6. Use a different mobile phone.
  7. If possible, double check your Wi-Fi network settings to make sure the AP isolation is disabled.
  8. Factory reset your Chromecast.

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks,

Jennifer
