Hi,
we can’t chromecast movies on Tv any more, possibly since NBN and new Telstra router (Australia) is there a local help number or chat ?

To confirm, did you change your Wi-Fi network? If yes and the Chromecast device is no longer connected to a Wi-Fi network, please perform a factory reset on your Chromecast device. Here's a guide: How to factory reset your Chromecast.
