This is by far the worst device I’ve ever owned. Single handedly the most bugs and broken equipment in existence and pushing this product out like this and not fixing the issue is unacceptable. The app doesn’t work your voice remote reset doesn’t work. It’s broken.

@Cj4, Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. I’m sorry for the trouble this has caused you, let me help you out. Could you tell us more about what's happening? You can try to send a photo or video showing your issue. Below are the steps on how to upload a photo or video:

1. Start a new post.
2. Click Insert Image.
3. Choose an image source location.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions

Also, you can tap the "Drag and Drop" option. Maximum attachment is 5 MB.
