Why will my new ChromeCast not recognize my pin to verify my account? I have gone turned on and off each device numerous times, completely redo the setup, reset my pin just in case I had it wrong, and recycled variations of sequences of all these procedures...all to no avail. This is very frustrating. Can someone help or do I just need to return this device? If I return the device, how do I delete it from my account? (It's partially associated to my account and has my wifi info.)

A few questions: What type of Chromecast device do you have? If you have a Chromecast with Google TV, are you using the Google Home app or the Chromecast Voice Remote to set it up and enter your Google Account credentials to verify you as the account owner? Are you getting any messages when entering your pin? If yes, what was it?
