Why Can’t I use my Own gallery when in Apps Only mode ?

Hey there hau2pp,

I apologize about the late response, thank you for being patient! Were you able to figure out that Gallery issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, as I can imagine that is pretty frustrating. Let me just ask you some questions about what's happening:

  • When did this issue start happening?
  • What is the firmware version of your Chromecast?
  • Have you tried clearing the Gallery app's cached data?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
