Thanks for posting. Let's sort this out.
Quick questions — what Chromecast device do you have? Also, are you also using the Device Utility app to activate your Chromecast?
In the video, it looks like your mobile data is also turned on. Please turn it and try to set up again the Chromecast and connect to your WiFi network. Also, if you are getting a message about AP isolation, please make sure to turn it off in your WiFi router. You may refer to your router manual or contact your WiFi manufacturer if you aren't familiar with your router settings.
