Chromecast has horizontal line type artifacts in the picture.

I've had the chromecast for several years without any problems. Today, there are horizontal line type artifacts in the image, like parts of it are shifted. They can be seen in the main screen as well as when casting but not in the startup screens. I have tried swapping the power supply as well as the usb. I have tried a different hdmi port. I tried a factory reset. None of the above worked. Is it trash?
