Chromecast keeps restarting

Chromecast keeps crashing and restarting. I have turned it off and on, I've tried plugging into other powerpoint, I've restarted it Nd also did a factory reboot. Nothing will fix it. Help?

Thanks for reaching out and for being a step ahead of us. Let's sort this out. 

A few questions: when did the issue start? Does the issue occur when casting or even when it's in idle mode? What's the LED light status on your Chromecast (solid or blinking)? Try to plug in the Chromecast in a different HDMI port on your TV. Plugging it on a different TV screen might also help.
