Error code 83

All apps are casting from my phone without issue

only Disney plus app installed on Google tv is not working giving code 83 

I have re installed app 

updated system an app

powered down unit 

restarted my internet router 

cleared app cache

and none have worked

how do I fix my issue?

I have tried everything 

the Disney + app on my Google tv chrome cast keeps showing error 83

the Disney + app works on my phone and I can cast from it but the Disney+ app installed on my chrome cast won’t work
