Error T2N6 can anyone help me with this, I haven’t been able to use my chrome cast device for days now

• When did this issue start happening?
• What causes the issue to occur, such as casting or just turning it on?
• What color is the LED light on the Chromecast when this occurs?
• What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
