Can you please assist, when watching any shows or any documentaries the shows keep pausing for about 10 seconds .when using the APPS on the TV.
I did remove the chrome cast from the tv and and also the power cable, and to turn off the WIFI modem
And then replace back in 30 seconds that did work for 3 days, speaking with other friends who also have the Chrome cast they are experiencing the same problems.
I am really disappointed with this item after paying AU$150 for a item that does not work correctly
Would really appreciate any assistance to get this working in a good manner

The Chrome cast comes with Google TV, and includes a remote.
What I did do was uninstalled the Chrome cast and removed the power cord, and did a reinstall and now all appears to be working good, have also checked the other apps and all is good. I did have a problem with my cordless phone and did the uninstall and reinstall, now all is good and working.

Quick questions: What type of Chromecast device do you have? Are you casting it from a mobile phone? If you're using a phone to cast a video, please reboot your phone and reinstall the affected apps. Using a different mobile phone and resetting your Chromecast might also help.

Thank you for your reply I am not sure what type this is Just purchased from JBHIFI in Australia.
I am not using mobile phone to cast any video.
I do use the Apps on my Hisense TV, my problem has just started, when i do watch any show such as Rizzoli & Isles , Or Cold case It does pause, most annoying did try to reset the Chrome cast no success I did speak to one of my friends at the Golf Club, he is also having the same problem

Thanks for getting back to us. To clarify, does your Chromecast comes with a remote? If yes, please reinstall the affected app in your Chromecast with Google TV. Also, please try to play video from other supported apps and check if the same issue will persist. Clearing the cache and data of the affected app might also help.
