My Chromecast keeps cutting out and glitching. I have emailed back and forth with support but their troubleshooting issues are not working. I bought it in January and want to make a claim under the Warranty. I sent a message to Google via email and via the chat function and have not heard back. Is there a phone number that I can call? How can I make a claim? When selecting the "contact us" option it just keeps looping back to the chat function that I have already used.

Yes, I plugged the Chromecast directly into a wall outlet and even after about 20 minutes the picture cuts out again. I have completed the form. Please advise next steps.
