Hi, I'm new to asking for help on here. I have recently received and factory reset a chromecast ultra. I go through the whole set up process quote easily and quickly. But then when I go into my app to use it, it says "Not Avaliable" and "Can't see *** on this wifi network. Check that it's online and your phone or tablet is connected to the same wifi network."
I have checked. I have my cellular data off and am using my wifi on both my Android and chromecast and it won't let me use it still. I have reset it 3 times and tried. Please help
