Internet connection. I changed my id and password & now cannot get on chromecast. Screen displays

 I just changed my Internet ID and password, and as a  Result I am unable to Gat on chromecast.  The message suggests that chromecast is not logged in to the proper site, but I can't see any way to log in chromecast.

Hey there JWYN,

I apologize about the late response, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that casting issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, as these connection issues can be pretty tricky. The first thing I would do is factory reset your Chromecast device, then set it back up again. That way, it forgets the old Wi-Fi information, and you can input the new ID and password.
