Not seeing streaming when it says I'm casting from phone

We're trying to watch Disney+. My phone says it's casting but we don't see anything. We get a message that says that "something went wrong. ". How can I fix the issue?

Same issue on my ultra. Warranty is out so help desk solution was to purchase a new device. Disappointed to say the least
