Prime video keeps freezing/ gives error message. No issues with other streaming apps.

Thanks for reaching out — let’s see what’s going on. A few questions: what Chromecast device are you using? What message do you get? Is this happening when casting? Or when streaming directly from the installed app in Google TV (for versions with Google TV)? Also, what steps have you taken?
