Hi community. Trying to setup existing Chrome cast with a new router, existing cast unit and existing TV. When nearly finished with connecting I getvthe message: "this device was previously setup by a different user, please factory reset the device"
Not sure if this unit is 3rd generation?
I guess they mean the chromecast unit? How do you reset that thing?
Who will know this?
