I am trying to get my Samsung phone to mirror to tv via a Telstra TV3. I am failing miserably

Hey there RKH,
I'm sorry to hear that your Chromecast is having trouble mirroring! I know these issues can be difficult to troubleshoot on your own, so I'd be happy to help out. First, I would recommend that you meet the requirements to screen mirror:
Android 12
Google Nest and Home speakers or displays and Chromecast devices may not be discoverable for mobile devices on Android 12.
During the setup, your mobile device may ask you to "Allow Google Cast to use your network information."
Go to Settings Use network information Continue.
You also have the option to select Not now, but if you select this option, you can’t continue with the setup.
