Cast button is gone on app

It won’t allow me to cast from certain apps the button is gone, but others work fine. It was working last night, and today it’s not working again. I tried resetting and deleting. How can I get it back?

How to use Chromecast 4K to get local network files

I have hard time connect to my local network. My computers can get my local network such as "\\192.168.1.108" but when I'm using Chromecast 4K, I can't get it around anyway. Does anybody know how? please help. Thank you.
