Chrome cast no lights on remote

Brand new chrome cast and remote led blinks twice when batteries put in but can’t get it to do anything at all. Voice control won’t start so can’t even get to set up on tv.

ChromeCast TV connected to AVR -> TV - auto changes resolution

My device is going trough my AVR (Denon x2600h) to my TV (Sony x950)I set the Chromecast to 4k 60hz. It works (4K, Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos).After power Off, On it's back to 1080 60HZ.If I connect directly to the TV there is no problem.
