when casting either Netflix, Hulu or Amazon a movie or tv show, i see on my tv, but have no control to pause, stop. Bar at bottom of screen doesn't show it playing. forward arrow frozen.

Thanks for posting. Let's sort this out.
A few questions: what type of Chromecast device do you have? When did the issue start? Please clear the cache and data of the affected apps and reboot your phone and Chromecast. Reinstalling the apps and using a different mobile phone might also help.

i figured it out. But still when i open the Netflix app to cast i don't see where i can. I can do when i access Netflix on browser, but not on app via laptop. Is it only there when i android?

Thanks for getting back to us. The cast button is located at the bottom left part of the screen when you already played the video. Could you please check if you can see it? If the same issue persists, please contact Netflix for further assistance.
