Tried all the steps to get it going, but nothing. Worked fine and now it's not working. Will not reset. Company website runs me in circles. It's within warranty period. How do I get it replaced? It's as Chromecast 4K.

I might also add that I replaced the google tv with a firestick. HBO Max no longer worked. Had to go to another tv with google tv and it worked. I subscribed thru google so I need to use their device.
I'm sorry but I'm only getting part of the story here.. still not sure exactly what is going on with your Chromecast. Is it just HBO max that doesn't work? And it's just one device, as you mentioned being able to use it on another google tv?
Since you have already contacted support and gave them the information , I'm sure they will help you to replace your unit, but you need to be clear about what is happening , as they wont replace it if you just say it doesn't work.. they will want to trouble shoot with you.
