no Cast button on my android Browser, & and i cant Download Google home App!!!!.

i have an older Android Huawei Tablet Model BG2-w09.

It has Chrome preloaded into the system 

when i want to cast to my chrome cast Dongle THERE is NO Cast button to be found on the Chrome Browser Main Menu!!

I tried to Download Google home app to be able To Connect , But sure Enough i cant find the Google site to Do So, instead i found a lot of other companies that are offering the home app after taking my C Card info!!

im assuming that google already sold the rites for this app to other companies < and people like my self ended up with a piece of rubbish (  Chrome cast) .

any way around this issue please?

You may have to upgrade your equipment (tablet).

Google Home application requires Android 8 and up in order to install and use it.

If I'm not mistaken your tablet can be updated up to Android 7 only.
