Chromecast isn't working.

I just have a big yellow exclamation point and under it says startup issues. I've been using it fine for over 2 years. No problems at all.then out of nowhere this happens. They say they're working on it but it's been over a week now can anyone help me? I'm not smart with any of this technology stuff

Here in England is same problem … they should give us a new generation for free just for the trouble we are suffering for more than a two weeks

  • Which Chromecast model do you have?
  • Are you getting any error messages?
  • What can you see on the screen when you turn the device on?
  • Is the yellow exclamation point appearing in the Google Home app or on your TV?
  • Can you see any LED lights on your Chromecast? If so, what color is it?
