Google Home not responding

Normally when saying "ok google" or "hey google" the music goes quiet and lights come on. It has stopped doing both. Other speakers in the house pick up and respond to commands but as this is the main Google home it's a pain. Done a quick reset 3 times, and factory reset and setup, problem still the same. It's a 1st gen speaker.

Hello to all. Today I have managed to solve the problem 

 I remember that it's not a first time I had such problem. You can also check if your phone has some kind of problem displaying contents on the Web like displaying a paritialy content. For example I had also problems with applications like booking, best secret, Amazon.... The applications sometimes displayed paritialy content.

So, today I called the Internet provider and ask them to reset and reboot the modem. This procedure is not the same as plugging off the device and turning on again. 

After the reboot was done and modem was initiated, the Google nest mini started to work without problems and now answer my commands. 

If you encounter such problems I described, contact your isp and let them reset the modem. My speaker didn't work since Saturday....

The problems I was having were only with the Google home itself. All other devices were working fine, and in fact took over all commands. Two days later, Google home sorted itself out and is now working fine! So who knows what the issue was, but it is no more??
