Not sure if anyone else has experienced this. Out of the blue my Doorbell stopped working, then my Thermostat and now the Home app says all my LIFX devices are offline but are fine within the app. I've contacted Google support multiple times and have yet to find a resolution. It's very frustrating as the Home app provided some peace of mind and now nothing, for what seems like no reason.
And before I'm asked, yes I've done all the following:
- Updated all systems
-Reset and Factory Reset
- Changed my router
- Used other devices (Android and iOS)

We're sorry to hear about this experience and we know that it is very challenging not to have a working device. Before you experience this, have you made any changes to your Wi-Fi network? Do you get any prompts or responses from the Google Nest speakers when you try to control these devices?
Lastly, can you please attach a photo or screenshot of what you are getting from the Home app? We'd love to know more details so we can check on it further.
