I did a hard reset on my Google wifi nest they all returned white light but my Home app show me two nest is offline but I still can surf the web.

Hi, Rolly.

There's actually a bug in the Home app right now that is causing this. Sorry for any confusion it has caused. For some people, they're seeing a fix to this by resetting their IPv6 settings. If you're using IPv6, you turn it off and back on. If you aren't using IPv6, briefly enable it and then turn it back off. Here's how.

  1. Open the Google Home app .
  2. Tap Wi-Fi and then Settings and then Advanced Networking.
  3. Turn on/off IPv6.

Give that a try and see if it clears up your issue.
