My nest camera stopped working and I was unable to log into it with my current email. Google states it's not the correct email address. After 25 emails with Google nest they haven't been able to stop payments for the yearly subscription. I don't know the email address on file. They will continue to charge be the $90 yearly fee for my cameras that no longer work. I've provided my credit card number, name and address and nothing. I ended up reporting my credit stolen to stop this from happening each year. Very disappointed with Google nest.
