Unlike the Yale locks, the Nest branded version of their lock does not have an auto unlock feature. The auto lock feature for the Nest x Yale lock is controlled from the Nest app not the Google Home app.
To find the auto lock feature in the Nest app, open the app, select your lock from the main screen, and then select the gear icon in the top right. The Auto-Lock feature will be the last item under the Locking section.
