Hi all,
My Philips Smart TV (43PUS7556/12, which apparently works with a "SAPHI OS") can't connect to my Google Home app.
Mirroring my smartphone, and casting with a few apps (like YouTube, which is also installed on the TV) works fine, but connecting to Google Home (in order to cast other apps) isn't available.
It seems to be an issue with the "built-in Chromecast", which doesn't appear to be a "real Chromecast". Do you have any suggestions? Is there an extra app for the TV, which can "unlock" it for full Google Home integration?

Looking at the specs, it has screen mirroring and SimplyShare. Screen mirroring is probably just Wi-Fi Direct (a direct Wi-Fi connection between your phone and the TV) and something called SimplyShare, which seems to be an app you install on mobile devices, proprietary to Phillips. All of that is to say it does not have Chromecast built-in and so you won't be able to cast from other apps to your TV, short of buying a Chromecast device itself.
