Sharing clips

I can no longer share clips. It tells me I need 3hrs to share clips.  I don't understand.  No problem in the past sharing. Now I can share. Even after deleting videos that I wished I had saved

I’m sorry for the inconveniences that you’ve been experiencing when trying to share clips. I understand that when trying to share the videos, you receive a message that says you need 3 hours to share clips even though it didn’t happen before. Let me help you with this.

To better assist you, I need some extra information. Here are some questions for you:

  • What app do you use to share the clips? The Nest app or the Google Home app?
  • Do you have an active Nest Aware subscription?
