When setting up wifi points disable samsung smart switch??

Had to get a new router and trying to set up my Google wifi and point but when I go to connect the points it says I need to disable samsung smart switch in order to do so. I've gone as far as deleting samsung smart switch from my phone and still cannot connect my 2 points. Any suggestions?
