When will the best app and google home app be one ?

When will the nest  app and google home app be fully integrated? I have to toggle between the two apps to make them work . Eg. our new outside camera can’t be seen from the nest app and you can’t record from google home . Also can’t view cameras from the home app on my computer have to use the nest app but then can’t see one of the new camera . These are just a couple examples of frustration. I disused with the support line and they say something is coming soon ? Any advice ?

Thanks for posting and I understand how  you feel. Our long term plan is to use the Google Home app as the one place you can control all of your favorite Nest and other smart home devices, as well as Google Assistant. In the near future, we’ll allow users to set up previous Nest devices and have full control in the Home app.
