Is there any way to musics played on google nest mini do not affect my personal recommendations on my smartphone? And is there a way to check musics that was played on nest mini?

Thanks for reaching out. 

If you use the same music account on your smartphone and on your Google Nest Mini, your recommendation will be affected. You can use a different music provider on your Nest Mini so that it can't affect your personal recommendation. To check what's playing on your Nest Mini, you can simply ask “What’s playing?,” “What song is playing?,” “What artist is playing?” . You can check this link for more information.
