i s there a way to prevent accidentally turning something on i.e an electric blanket that I accidentally turned on partway thru the day only found out at bedtime would like to avoid this happening again

Oh no! I hope everything is ok. You can control your electric blanket using voice commands, through the Google Home app and the third party app. You can check the My activity section in your Google Home app to check what triggered your electric blanket to turn on automatically. Check the steps below.

All good just going to take more care when using the app iwas working on a pool pump and accidentally touched the electric blanket switch in the app normally use voice so normally not an issue 🙂
