I have had a Google Nest Video doorbell on my home for a couple years and have been paying for the Aware subscription. I added another doorbell, but it isn’t covered by my current subscription.
is the Nest Aware Subscription per device, per user, per house? I cannot find the terms and conditions which describe it or access to add an Aware subscription for the new doorbell in the iPhone app. Just a marketing blurb about it and no way to add, inquire, etc.
That seems kinda poorly set up, by Google standards. Maybe I missed something?
If you have had a subscription for a few years then chances are you have the grandfathered older subscription model which is per device, the new model (on the website I linked above) is whole home, and has different levels.
