Hi - I see this has been an issue for a while, and has been posted about, but no solution has been provided and the threads are shut down without an answer.
i am subscribed to Nest Aware and all the features worked when it was the free trial, but now that I am a paid subscriber, none of the features work. I cannot watch back any event history, I am not getting notifications, and event histories are not saving for more than a few hours. I have been charged, but the features are not working.
I have tried restarting the camera, reinstalling the camera, etc but nothing has worked. Please advise! It’s the same issue many posted about in this old thread too.

The most obvious thing to check for is whether the Nest Aware subscription is for the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your camera(s).
If you go to the Subscription Management page and click on your subscription, it will show you the name/nickname for your Google Nest "home/structure":

You can also check your subscription by going to Settings | Subscriptions | Nest Aware in the Google Home app.
If you can't resolve it, you can try the "Contact us" option under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."
