I have 3 nest cameras linked to nest home 1 Doorbell and 2 outdoor cameras, I subscribe to your service and when reviewing recent video via web browser history (1-2 days) the thumbnail appears when mousing over the timeline but the footage never loads for review. This issue is on each of my 3 camera feeds. The same happens on the IOS and Android apps. Please provide a solution, your service is now effectively unusable with this experience.

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries; we'll check this out. Just a few questions: What type of Nest Camera and doorbell are you using? Which webapp are you using? Have you tried to restart the Nest camera and doorbell? Check out this link on how to restart or factory reset a Nest camera or doorbell.
