Nest vs Google Nest

I pay $150 a year to Nest to store my Nest camera history for 30 days. When I installed my indoor/outdoor battery Google Nest  cameras I got sent emails about paying for Next Aware.  Why aren’t these the same. Why can’t I pay one fee and get all my cameras on one account

@Wjones

The new Nest Aware subscriptions (which have been out for over 2 years) cover all of the cameras and doorbells in the same Google Nest "home/structure".

The old 1st Gen Nest Aware subscriptions cover only specific cameras and doorbells that are installed in the Google Nest app.

Hi Wjones,

I'm jumping in to ensure everything is good here. Have you seen MplsCustomer’s last response?

Here is a handy guide to What you get with a Nest Aware subscription.

Let me know if that helps.

I appreciate the help, MplsCustomer.

Best,

Lance
