Do you have an active "Nest Aware Plus" subscription and is it for the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your camera? Do you have a Google Nest Battery Camera that is running on battery power, or a Google Nest Battery Doorbell? If so, they can only record events and cannot record 24/7.

Do you have an active "Nest Aware Plus" subscription and is it for the same Google Nest "home/structure" as your camera? Do you have a Google Nest Battery Camera that is running on battery power, or a Google Nest Battery Doorbell? If so, they can only record events and cannot record 24/7.
