Can I recover video footage from doorbell after nest aware subscription got cancelled for non paymen

My debit card had fraudulent charges so I had to cancel it and didn’t update the payment method. Now that I updated it all my video history is gone. Can I get it back?

Hello jknapper,

When a Nest Aware subscription is canceled, video history is deleted. The same thing happens if you remove a Nest camera from the Nest or Google Home app. Once video recordings or snapshots are deleted, they can’t be recovered since we don't keep any backups.
