If you think you linked it to the wrong account, try accessing that page from your other Google account(s).
You can also check by going to Settings | Nest Aware in either the Google Nest app or the Google Home app.
You could also try the "Contact us" option under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below. It's supposed to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."
