Sold house. How do I cancel my Nest Lab account. No address no phone!

You can access 1st gen Nest Aware subscriptions here (unless you have migrated from a Nest Account to a Google Account). (We can't access it because we migrated in 2020.)

You can access 2nd gen Nest Aware and Nest Aware Plus subscriptions here; select your subscription, then click on the "More" icon (the 3 vertical dots) and select "Cancel subscription":
