Cannot log in to nest on computer

I am unable to log in on my computer

You should be able to log into the home.nest.com website on your computer if you are using the same username and password you use to log into the Google Nest app on your mobile device.

What happens when you try to log in?

Hi I used to be able to sign in but now its just cycling and returning to the home screen. Not logging in at all
